& Positioning

The correct and professional installation of equipment is crucial to your business and tannery productivity. Installations of new drums and machinery undertaken. Existing equipment can be removed/re-positioned upon request.

Moving and or shipping existing equipment can be a heavy job. We have the experience, knowledge, logistics contacts, and expertise to do this for you. Existing equipment can be removed/re-positioned upon request.

Reblading

Fleshing and shaving machines cylinders (300mm – 3400mm) can be re-bladed, reground, and balanced on our automatic Escomar blading machine using highest quality steel knives. We are one of the only places left in the UK able to offer this service.

Onsite Machinery Repairs & Servicing

Correct maintenance is crucial to prolonging a machine’s life and improving its quality and output of work. Planned maintenance can bring fewer costs and downtime compared with unplanned production interruption due to breakdowns.
